Sourced from our own olive groves cultivated in a 100% traditional and artisanal manner, the olives are harvested during the first days of the season at their optimal moment of youth and immediately undergo cold extraction. The result is an extremely pure, balanced extra virgin olive oil that respects both the environment and your health.
