EVOO selection 1st day of harvest has been produced from the grinding of green and veraison olives of the Empeltre variety, collected in the first half of October, hence also its name early harvest. Its powerful aroma of green fruits and freshly cut grass gives off different rich and highly intense sensory nuances such as alloza and dried fruits such as almonds and walnuts.

We are looking at an extra virgin that contains a large amount of polyphenols, highly healthy antioxidants.

In the preparation of this early harvest Empeltre jewel, an average of 8 kilos of olives have been used to obtain one liter of this precious extra virgin.
