Tasting note
Extreme extra virgin olive oil, so named for its astringency and dryness in the mouth, which provides herbaceous flavors difficult to compare with other oils. The aromas of cut grass, artichoke, and fig leaf, and the absence of ripe fruity tones enhance this characteristic.
