The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “La Carrera” Early Harvest is extracted from Picual variety olives. Harvested in October, this oil comes from green olives previously selected by our technical department under strict quality controls.
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an intense aroma of green olives and hints of green grass (freshly cut). In the mouth it maintains its Picual essence with a balanced taste in bitterness and spiciness of moderate intensity, reminiscent of green artichoke, green almond and tomato. Its color is very intense and clean green.
