“La Carrera” Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from Frantoio variety olives from our cooperative members. Collected in the month of October, this oil comes from green olives previously selected by our technical department under strict quality controls.
This oil has a light aroma of ripe fruit. In the mouth it reminds you of that same ripe fruit, specifically banana and apple, with a slight sting. Its color is green and clean.
