LA CARRERA FRANTOIO Extra Virgin Early Harvest Olive Oil
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “La Carrera” Early Harvest is extracted from olives of the Frantoio variety of our cooperative members. Harvested in October, this oil comes from green olives previously selected by our technical department under strict quality controls.
This oil has a light aroma of ripe fruit. In the mouth it reminds you of that same ripe fruit, specifically banana and apple, with a slight spiciness. Its color is green and clean.
