Extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety, produces a fruit of exceptional quality from the Baix Penedès region, thanks to the location close to the Mediterranean Sea and a microclimate that provides a mild and dry climate, and good agronomic practices of the sun.

Tasting note: Intense fruity profile, with a sensation reminiscent of ripe fruits. Notes of apple, ripe banana and almonds are perceived, green leaf-grass notes and secondary aromas of fennel and green walnuts appear. In the mouth it is sweet and slightly bitter, somewhat spicy and very balanced.
